A recruit of Golf Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, executes a basic wristlock during a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program session at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Feb. 18. Being able to properly execute each technique is crucial, especially when they take the MCMAP test later in training. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Golf Company is scheduled to graduate April 29.
