Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance of your new Marines’ graduation. Please have his social security number available when making your reservation.
While the lodging on the Depot is among the finest you’ll find in the corps, it’s not the Four Seasons. You will be staying in quarters used to house Marines. Your room will be quiet, comfortable, clean, and have all the amenities you’ve come to expect: comfy beds, cable television, wireless internet, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fans, and ironing boards. However, there are no hair dryers or air-conditioning in our facilities.
Marine Corps transient billeting quarters, offers accommodations for a mobile military/civilian population while on official government travel (TAD/TDY).
AUTHORIZED PATRONS PRIORITY STATUS
Priority 1: Personnel (military and civilian) traveling on official TAD/TDY Orders.
Priority 2: Personnel (military and civilian) traveling in a PCS status and their dependents.
Priority 3: Personnel in a non-duty status (includes retirees, official guess of the command. etc.)

RESERVATION POLICY Reservations are acceptable on an as-received basis for all authorized patrons. Reservations for TAD/TDY can be made at any time. All others will be billeted on a Space Available basis, reservations for which can be made at a maximum of 30 days ahead of date of arrival. Check-in begins at 1600; check out is 1200 (noon). All major credit cards are accepted and required to hold a reservation. Space Available reservations are subject to being bumped in favor of persons on orders.
CANCELATION POLICY All reservations are subject to an assessed charge to their credit card, if they fail to cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the required check-in time.
