Recruits from Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, fight each other during a pugil stick bout at Marine Corps Recruit San Diego, Jan. 28. Prior to the Pugil Sticks event, recruits learned their first set of bayonet techniques and later they were required to apply during each of their bouts.
