The Tun Tavern Tea is an annual event and a social gathering of the members and supporters of the MCRD Historical Society. The event recognizes the work volunteers and supporters have done for the museum and society. This year's Tun Tavern Tea marked the 25th anniversary of the society and museum. They celebrated by recognizing the founding fathers and had displays throughout the museum showing history of the society and museum.
