First Sergeant Arnone was born in Morristown, New Jersey and raised in Kissimmee, Florida. She enlisted in the Marine Corps in April 2008 and attended recruit training with Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina where she was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Private First Class. In August 2008, she reported to the school of Infantry, Camp Geiger, North Carolina for Marine Combat Training. She was transferred to NAS Meridian, Mississippi as a Maintenance Administration Specialist student earing the MOS 6046. In November 2008 upon completion of school, Private First Class Arnone reported for duty to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 162, 2nd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina. She was assigned to the Maintenance Administration work center and was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal in January 2009. In June of 2009 Lance Corporal Arnone received orders to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 204, 2nd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina. She was assigned to the Maintenance Administration Division where she was promoted to the rank of Corporal in October 2009. In June of 2010 Corporal Arnone received orders to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366, 2nd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina as the Maintenance Administration Non Commissioned Officer in Charge. In December 2010 she was attached to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263, 2nd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina in support of the the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit. From March of 2011 to February of 2012 she was deployed with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of Operation Unified Protector where she was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. In July of 2014 Sergeant Arnone participated in Operation Enduring Freedom, Camp Bastion, Afghanistan. In December of 2015 she was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant. In October of 2016, Staff Sergeant Arnone reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina for Drill Instructor Duty with class 1-17 and graduated in December 2016. Staff Sergeant Arnone checked in to Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina as a Drill Instructor in January of 2017. Staff Sergeant Arnone successfully completed 4 cycles as a Green Belt Drill Instructor and 1 cycle as a Senior Drill Instructor with Oscar Company before going to the Combat Training Tank in May 2018 as a Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival. Staff Sergeant Arnone served as the Academics Chief and High Risk Training Safety Officer for the Combat Training Tank. In May 2019, Staff Sergeant Arnone checked into November Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion where she completed 1 cycle as a Senior Drill Instructor and 1 Cycle as a Chief Drill Instructor. In February 2020, Staff Sergeant Arnone reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26 Maintenance Administration for her new duties. In April 2020 Staff Sergeant Arnone returned to 4th Recruit Training Battalion as part of the Request for Forces as a Chief Drill Instructor due to COVID-19. In July 2020 Staff Sergeant Arnone reported to Marine Medium Tilt-Rotor Squadron 261 and performs duties of a Maintenance Administration Division Chief where she was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant in December of 2020. In March 2021, Gunnery Sergeant Arnone deployed in support of North Africa Response Force 21.2. Gunnery Sergeant Arnone reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 29 and performed duties as the Maintenance Data Division Chief during the deactivation and merger with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26. Upon deactivation, Gunnery Sergeant Arnone served as the Assistant Maintenance Chief of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26. In July 2024, First Sergeant Arnone reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California where she served as a Company First Sergeant for Company E. Currently, First Sergeant Arnone is serving as the First Sergeant for Drill Instructor School. First Sergeant Arnone's personal awards include Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (gold star in lieu of second award), Navy and Marine Corps achievement Medal (gold star in lieu of third award), as well as Good Conduct (silver star in lieu of fifth award). She is married to First Sergeant Bradley Paul Arnone, and has two sons.
