Staff Sgt. Zachary Curran, senior drill instructor, Platoon 2113, Company E, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, inspects his recruits for the Company Commanders Inspection May 19 aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Curran has spent the last three years molding thousands of individuals who step on the yellow footprints into Marines. While doing that he has also managed to earn a  bachelors degree to help advance his future.
