Soledad Veteran’s Day Ceremony in La Jolla, California, Nov. 11, 2023. This year’s ceremony commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. The Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial is an official partner of the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration, which was launched by President Barack Obama in 2012. The commemoration was authorized by Congress to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.
