Recruits from India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, follow their drill instructor to the next obstacle during Confidence Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Aug. 22. Drill instructors supervised the event and advised the recruits on the techniques needed to complete the different obstacles. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate Oct. 28.
