A drill instructor from Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, demonstrates how to properly execute a technique during a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program class at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, July 13. Drill instructors walked around during the training session to make sure each recruit was executing the technique correctly. Recruits can use this time to ask drill instructors questions if they are unsure of how to properly conduct the moves. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Fox Company is scheduled to graduate Sept. 23.
