Recruits of Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, climb ropes during Obstacle Course II at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 24. This was the first time the recruits got a chance to climb the ropes and some found them difficult to maneuver as the last obstacle in the course. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Fox Company is scheduled to graduate June 3.
