#CC0000

Recruits of Golf Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, conduct log drills during a physical training session at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Feb. 23. If one recruit failed to put in the amount of effort needed, the rest of the group had to pick up the slack. Staying in step is a form of discipline that teaches recruits to get used to working together. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Golf Company is scheduled to graduate April 29.
