A recruit of Delta Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, climbs a high obstacle during Confidence Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Jan. 25. Obstacles in the course included the Monkey Bridge, Skyscraper, Wall Climb and several others. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Delta Company is scheduled to graduate April 1.
