Drill instructors of India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, begin the transformation of their new recruits during pick up at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 18. From this day forward, these drill instructors will be with their recruits every day and everywhere they go until graduation day. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate March 11.
