Headquarters Company is led by Major Maese and First Sergeant Stout. The mission of Headquarters Company is to provide support to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and the Western Recruiting Region in their missions of recruiting, transforming, and making new Marines. Headquarters Company includes personnel from the G-1, Inspector General, Public Affairs, Protocol, Provost Marshal's Office, Religious Ministries, Staff Judge Advocate, the Western Recruiting Region Staff, and the Battalion Staff.
