Headquarters Company is led by Major Rich Vallee and 1stSgt Charles Callahan. The mission of Headquarters Company is to provide administrative (G-1, IPAC, Postal) support and security to the WRR and Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego in their missions of recruiting, transforming, and making new Marines. Headquarters Company also includes the Inspector, Religious Ministries, Public Affairs, Protocol, Headquarters Recruiter Training Group, Provost Marshal, Staff Judge Advocate, and Battlaion Staff.
