Recruits of Company I, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, swim to safety after properly conducting a dive aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Oct. 22. If recruits showed poor technique during their dive, instructors had recruits do it again. All techniques learned were part of a water survival course that all recruits must pass to graduate boot camp.
