Company G recruits listen to their instructor about Marine Corps history. These classes give recruits and understanding of where the Marine Corps has gone and what it has done. They are given many opportunities to study, both with their drill instructors and on their own. Recruits must pass exams given on this knowledge in order to become Marines.
