Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California - Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California – Mr. David A. Drzewiecki and Mr. Richard E. Myrick stand proudly with the Marine Corps Recruit Depot and Western Recruiting Region Chief of Staff, and their respective assistant chiefs of staff after receiving length of service awards aboard the depot October 4, 2018. The civilian workforce on MCRD San Diego is critically important to the operations that support the training of over 18,000 Marine recruits each year. Drzewiecki is the director of facilities at the depot and was received his award for 35 years of service to the federal government, and Myrick is the deputy director of administration and personnel and received his award for 30 years of service to the federal government.
